Chocolate Chip Biscuits

Crispy on the outside, soft and chewy in the middle. Quick and easy to make, ideal for filling the biscuit tin for the week. The vanilla helps bring out the chocolate flavour, so the measurement is just a rough one - I usually just splash some in from the bottle. Brown sugar has a higher moisture content than white, which helps keep these chewy on the inside. Spicy Suasages

This is a tasty, quick and easy dinner meal. Any type of sausages can be used, preferably a plain flavour but feel free to try other ones. The onion can be sliced or diced, it doesn't really matter, and the bacon just needs to be chopped into smallish pieces, about 1 cm but it's not critical. Dial back the mustard if you want to make it less spicy. Goes well with rice or mashed potatoes.
